Visa Applications / Entry Requirements: Namibia
Since 01.04.2025, Germans will require a visa to enter Namibia. German citizens and some other nationalities need to apply for a visa on arrival in advance for a tourist or business (meetings, conferences) stay. For cruises arriving at the seaport, a visa on arrival is requested for transit. For other travel purposes (e.g. work assignment), an eVisa (electronic visa) must be applied for. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon entry. Further information on this can be found under “eVisa”.
