all federal states, regardless of the applicant's place of residence
German citizens and several other nationalities do not require a visa as tourists or business travelers for a stay of up to 90 days.
However, all travelers must complete an online health declaration (SG Arrival Card) at the earliest 3 days before entry (not earlier, the day of entry is included!). For more information, see “eVisa”.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES

Copy of the double page with personal data, must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip
In some cases, the original passport must be submitted. - Passport photo
original, biometric, not older than 3 months, photo requirements - Non-German applicants: current proof of residence (if EU citizen) or copy of residence permit for Germany (if not an EU citizen)
Additional requirements for TOURIST VISAS
- Hotel booking
- Proof of entry and exit
e.g. flight reservation - Some nationalities require an invitation from Singapore -> Invitation form
Additional requirements for BUSINESS VISAS
- Letter of Invitation
from the company in Singapore -> Invitation form, which must be completed by the company in Singapore
Please note: If a visa is required, this can be applied for at the earliest 30 days and at the latest 14 days before the planned entry.

SG Arrival Card
We will be happy to fill out the SG Arrival Card for you.
Fill out the Arrival Card form linked below and send it to us by email with the following documents:
- Scan of the passport
in color, first two pages with personal data
Fees per person:
the Arrival Card is free of charge
+ €40.00 (SERVISUM fee, plus VAT)
plus administrative fee (€4.50 incl. VAT per order)
Please note: If the application falls on a weekend, there is a surcharge of €20 plus VAT.
If you commission us to obtain the visa and the Arrival Card, we only charge a SERVISUM fee of €20.00 plus VAT for the Arrival Card.
