German citizens and some other nationalities do not require a visa for stays of up to 30 days for tourism or business. You can see which nationalities these are here.
All such travelers must register at the Philippine travel portal eTravel no earlier than three days before entering or leaving the country. You can find information about this under “eVisa”.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES
- Visa application
- Fill out, print and sign the visa application via https://www.visa.gov.ph/
- Original passport
- The original passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip.
- Passport photo
- Biometric passport photo,
white background, no glasses (JPG) Photo requirements - Proof of entry and exit
- e.g. flight reservation, travel plan
- hotel booking
- Copy of ID
- Non-German applicants: current registration certificate (if EU citizen) or copy of residence permit for Germany (if not an EU citizen)
Additional requirements for TOURIST VISAS
- Proof of financial means
- e.g. last 3 payslips, current bank statement
Additional requirements for BUSINESS VISAS
- Certificate of employment
- from the employer with salary details
- Secondment letter
- from the employer in Germany (sample letter)
- Invitation letter
- from the company in the Philippines
