MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES
- Scan of the passport
in color, first two pages with personal data - Passport photo
in color, biometric, without glasses
Additional requirements for BUSINESS VISAS (with longer validity and a stay of more than 30 days)
- Secondment letter
from the German company (sample) in English - Invitation letter
from the company in Pakistan - E-BIL Invitation from Pakistan
(to be requested via https://ebil.nadra.gov.pk) - Proof of registration of the inviting company
- SEC/Chamber of Commerce Certificate, Membership Certificate
- Non-German applicants: current registration certificate (if EU citizen) or copy of residence permit for Germany (if not an EU citizen)
- in Frankfurt: Scan of the ID card (front and back) or registration certificate
Please make sure that all letters (invitation, secondment letter, etc.) are addressed to the responsible Pakistani mission in Germany. The responsibility depends on the applicant's place of residence.
