Only eVisa
Germans can get a visa on arrival at the airport for a tourist or business trip for a stay of up to 14 days in exceptional cases. To do so, you need a confirmed hotel booking, proof of sufficient financial means and a return ticket.
eVisas for Oman authorize single entry with a stay of up to 30 days or multiple entry with a stay of up to 30 days each time. The visa is issued within one to two business days and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue for (first) entry, so the visa should not be applied for too early.
