Visa for people living in Nordrhein-Westfalen cannot be processed by SERVISUM at the moment, as the consulate in Düsseldorf is responsible for these cases.
German citizens and 70 other nationalities do not need a visa for the following purposes of travel: tourist travel, business trips, attending conferences, remote work for employers outside Japan, visiting relatives / friends, attending language schools, unpaid internships, unpaid research, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS VISAS
