Visa for Ghana

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES

• Visa application
  please fill out via https://berlin.ghanagovernmentmission.com/portal/
  The application must be submitted to the embassy within 10 days of creation.

ALSO NOTE: Before completing the application, you must upload all required documents. Alternatively, another file can be uploaded in the “Proof of payment of visa fees” field.

• Original passport
  must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip, no Israeli stamp
• Passport photo
  to be uploaded in the application, American format, photo requirements
• Proof of entry and exit
  e.g. flight booking
• Yellow fever vaccination
  Proof of vaccination
• Proof of sufficient financial means
  Bank statement, letter from the bank, etc.
• Non-German applicants: current registration certificate (if EU citizen) or copy of residence permit for Germany (if not an EU citizen)

Additional requirements for TOURIST VISAS

• Hotel booking or for private trips
• letter of invitation
  from a person in Ghana with an ID or passport copy of this person

Additional requirements for BUSINESS VISAS

• letter of invitation
  from the company in Ghana and a
• ID or passport copy
  of the signatory of the invitation
• Secondment letter
  from the employer in Germany (sample)
