When entering the country via the international airports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville, all travelers are required to register for the e-Arrival Card no earlier than 7 days before arrival.
German citizens are entitled to apply for an eVisa (electronic visa).
However, entry with an eVisa is only possible via a limited number of border crossings, these are:
Phnom Penh Int. Airport, Siem Reap Angkor Int. Airport, Cham Yeam (Koh Kong), Poi Pet (Banteay Meanchey), Bavet (Svay Reing), Sihanoukville Int. Airport (no cruise ships), Tropaeng Kreal Border Post (Stung Treng)

For entry via other points, a regular paper visa must be applied for.

- from the company in Cambodia

Fill out the form linked below for the Arrival Card and send it to us by email with the following documents:
- Scan of the passport
in color, first double page with personal data - Passport photo
in color, biometric, photo requirements
Fees per person:
the Arrival Card is free of charge
+ €40.00 (SERVISUM fee, plus VAT)
plus administration fee (€4.50 incl. VAT per order)
If you commission us to obtain the visa and the e-Arrival Card, we only charge a SERVISUM fee of €20.00 for the e-Arrival Card, plus VAT.
