eVisa

German citizens are entitled to apply for a so-called eVisa (electronic visa) online.

However, entry with an eVisa is not possible for NGO or INGO purposes, and entry must be via one of the following border crossings:

Yangon International Airport
Nay Pyi Taw International Airport
Mandalay International Airport
Kawthaung Land Border

eVisa for Myanmar are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and allow for single entry with a stay of up to 28 days (for tourists) and 70 days (for business). It should be applied for at least 2 weeks before the planned departure.

Fill out the eVisa form linked below and send it to us by email with the following documents:

Scan of your passport,
colored, first two pages with personal data
Passport photo,
in color, biometric, photo requirements

Additionally for tourist visas:

Proof of entry and exit
e. g. flight reservation
hotel booking confirmation

Additionally for business visas:

Letter of invitation
from the company in Myanmar (must be in accordance with this sample)
Certificate of Incorporation
of the company in Myanmar, as a color scan
Company Extract File (DICA)
of the company in Myanmar, as a color scan
Proof of valid Annual Return
of the company in Myanmar

Fees per person:
Tourist: €45.00 (visa fee)
Business: €55.00 (visa fee)
+ €60.00 (SERVISUM fee, plus VAT)
plus administration fee (€4.50, incl. VAT, per order)
