Responsibilities
SERVISUM Berlin
(irrespective of the location of the authority/notary/district court)
Please note:
- Commercial invoices and certificates of origin must show the name of the manufacturer and the name and address of the recipient in Syria.
- All documents and commercial invoices must be certified by the relevant German authorities (IHK).
- Documents issued by German authorities must be pre-legalized by the Federal Office of Foreign Affairs (BfAA). SERVISUM will be happy to take care of the pre-legalization at the BfAA.
- Due to the gradual digitalization of the application process for pre-legalization at the BfAA, we kindly ask you to send the document to be legalized in advance, completely scanned, by email to SERVISUM.
- The Arabic translations will be certified only after the German document has been certified.
Please submit one additional copy of each document to the embassy. All commercial documents must be pre-certified by GHORFA. SERVISUM will be happy to do this for you.
Please enclose the SERVISUM order form with all orders.
