Please note:

• All documents must be in English.
• The recipient's address in the Philippines must be indicated on all documents.
• All official documents (agency contracts, powers of attorney, declarations of commitment, manufacturer's declarations) must be pre-certified by the local notary and the competent district court.
• Regulations for documents not listed here must be requested from the embassy on a case-by-case basis.
