Please note:
- The recipient's address in Oman must be indicated on all documents.
- All commercial documents, such as commercial invoices, certificates of origin and packing lists, must be pre-certified by the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce. For materials that do not originate in the country of manufacture, the country of origin must also be indicated.
- Health certificates, certificates of fitness for human consumption and food certificates must be pre-certified by the responsible health or veterinary office.
- All official documents (agency contracts, manufacturer's declarations, powers of attorney) must be pre-certified by the local notary and the responsible district court.
- Commercial register extracts must be pre-certified by the district court and patent applications by the patent office.
- All commercial documents must be pre-certified by GHORFA. SERVISUM will be happy to take care of this step for you.
From now on, all documents will be legalised online by the embassy after pre-certification by GHORFA. For this, the embassy charges an additional fee of €75.00 per document.
