Please note:
- The Iranian recipient address must be indicated on all documents.
- All commercial documents, such as certificates of origin, commercial invoices and packing lists, must be pre-certified by the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
- All official documents such as agency agreements, confirmations and powers of attorney must be pre-certified by the local notary and the district court.
- Health certificates, certificates of fitness for human consumption and food certificates must be pre-certified by the health or veterinary office.
- Commercial register extracts are pre-certified by the district court and patent applications by the patent office.
- The documents must be pre-certified by the Federal Office for Foreign Affairs (BfAA). SERVISUM will be happy to take care of this step for you.
Due to the gradual digitalization of the application process for pre-certification at the BfAA, we kindly ask you to send the document to be legalized in advance by email to SERVISUM as a complete and scanned copy.
For commercial documents, please complete this application form and enclose it with your documents.
Please submit one copy of each document to the embassy.

Uncertain, as the closure of the consulates is likely to result in a higher workload for the embassy.
