Consular regulations: Bangladesh

Please note:

• The recipient's address in Bangladesh must be indicated on all documents.
• All commercial documents must be pre-notarized by the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
• All private documents must be pre-notarized by the relevant registry office.
• All documents must be pre-certified by the Federal Office for Foreign Affairs (BfAA). SERVISUM will be happy to do this for you. Due to the gradual digitalization of the application process for pre-certification at the BfAA, we kindly ask you to send the document to be legalized in advance, completely scanned, by email to SERVISUM.

Please submit one copy of each document to be kept at the embassy.

The processing time of the BfAA (Federal Office for Foreign Affairs) of approx. 2-3 weeks is added if we take care of this step for you.
