VISAS ARE NOT ISSUED THROUGH THE EMBASSY AT THE MOMENT.

But it is possible to obtain a visa on arrival through a Turkmen tourist organization (e.g. Stanstrips).

issued by the Turkmen Ministry of Foreign Affairs

express: about 3 to 5 days
embassy closed on Wednesdays
