Every applicant has generate a profile and apply for an eVisa online: https://accounts.ecitizen.go.ke/login
The eVisa is valid for a single entry within 90 days and a stay up to 90 days after entry (may be extended for a further 90 days on entry).
No visa required for children under 16 years of age.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR GERMAN CITIZEN
FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES
- passport
copy as PDF, passport must at least valid for 6 month after journey
- bio data page and
- NEW passport front cover - photograph
biometric (as JPG)
FOR E-TOURIST VISA

- booking confirmation

FOR E-BUSINESS VISA

- letter of invitation
from company in Kenia (JPG) - staff ID
of the person countersigning (JPG) - company registration certificate
of company in Kenia (JPG)
FOR MULTIPLE BUSINESS VISA
and if application through embassy
multiple entries
- passport
in original valid for at least 6 months after the expiry of the visa - Visa Application Forms (FORM 22)
triplicate in original - passport photographs
triplicate, biometrich and in original - registration certificate or
for Germans: copy of ID card (front and back) - proof of entry
of min. 4 entry stamps to Kenya in the last 12 months - invitation letter
from company in Kenia in original - letter by the German company
in original including the declaration of cost assumption, in english
