Visa Applications / Entry Requirements: Kazakhstan

If a visa is required, the passport must be collected by the applicant at the embassy, as the fingerprints will be scanned there.

We will be happy to apply for a visa for you and arrange an appointment for your fingerprint scan and the collection of your passport at the embassy. This takes place Monday through Friday between 9:30 and 12:30 (EXCEPT WEDNESDAY).

Citizens of the following countries are allowed to stay for 30 days without a visa. Business travelers can extend their stay locally (at the Migration Police):

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL CATEGORIES OF VISAS

• Original passport
  must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip
• Original passport photo
  biometric, photo requirements
• Non-German applicants: current registration certificate (if EU citizen) or copy of residence permit for Germany (if not an EU citizen)

• Hotel booking

Additional requirements for BUSINESS VISAS

• Secondment letter
  from employer in Germany (sample)

For multiple entries, additionally:

• Invitation letter
  from the company in Kazakhstan confirmed by the Kazakh Foreign Ministry.
