Visa for Israel

German citizens born after January 1, 1928 and other nationalities do not require a visa for a maximum stay of three months.

As of 01.01.25, all nationals who can travel to Israel without a visa require prior electronic confirmation of entry via the electronic system “ETA-IL”. Information on this can be found under “eVisa”.

If a visa application is required, this must be done in person. Information on this can be found on the website of the Embassy of the State of Israel.

eVisa

As of 01.01.25, all citizens who can travel to Israel without a visa require a prior electronic entry confirmation via the electronic system “ETA-IL”. This is valid for 2 years from the date of application for multiple entries and entitles the holder to a stay of up to 90 days.
