Visa for Ethiopia
The embassy now only issues regular paper visas to diplomats.
German citizens can apply for an eVisa for a business or tourist stay of up to 30 or 90 days.

German citizens and others can apply for a up to 30 or 90 days eVisa for business or tourist purposes or can receive a visa upon arrival for a tourist stay of up to 30 days.
eVisa for Ethiopia entitles the holder to single entry with a maximum stay of 90 days.
