At the moment it is not possible to apply for tourist cards for Cuba via SERVISUM. Please contact your travel agency or the embassy directly.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES
FOR TOURIST VISA
Tourists must apply for a tourist card for Cuba,
the following documents are required:
- application form
for tourist cards, see on the right - passport
copy, at least valid for 6 months after journey - proof of foreign health insurance
with following information:- name of insurance
- name of insured person
- validity period
- medical services
- country of destination: Cuba
FOR BUSINESS VISA
Business travellers must contact the embassy directly in advance via the e-mail address
consulberlin(at)botschaft-kuba.de and will receive information about the documents required.

in original, at least valid for 6 months after journey - passport picture
in original, biometric, photo requirements - letter of invitation
confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cuba - proof of foreign health insurance
with following information:- name of insurande
- name of insured person
- validity period
- medical services
- country of destination: Cuba
non-German applicants:
- current residence registration (Meldebescheinigung) (if EU citizen) or
- valid residence permit for Germany (if not EU citizen)
