Please note:
- The Yemeni recipient address must be indicated on all documents.
- All commercial documents, such as certificates of origin, commercial invoices and packing lists, must be pre-certified by the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce. If materials are not from the country of manufacture, their country of origin must be indicated.
- Health certificates, fitness certificates and food certificates must be pre-certified by the responsible health or veterinary office.
- Documentary evidence such as agency agreements, manufacturer's confirmations and powers of attorney, excerpts from the commercial register must be pre-certified by the notary and district court.
- Patent applications must be pre-certified at the patent office.
Please submit one copy of each document to the embassy. All commercial documents must be pre-certified by GHORFA. SERVISUM will be happy to take care of this for you.
