Consular regulations: Uzbekistan

Please note:

  • the Uzbek recipient address must be indicated on all documents.
  • all documents to be legalized must first be translated into Russian by a sworn translator. all signatures and certification and notarization stamps must be clearly legible.
  • all commercial documents, such as commercial invoices, certificates of origin and packing lists, must be pre-certified by the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
  • All official documents (agency agreements, letters of guarantee, powers of attorney, manufacturer's declarations) must be certified by a local notary and the competent district court.

Please submit one copy of each document to the Embassy.

Processing time (without guarantee):

The processing time is requested when the documents are submitted to the Embassy.
