Consular regulations: Thailand
Please note:
- Free Sales Certificates and other commercial documents must be certified by a notary and the competent district court.
In addition to the document to be legalized, the following documents must be submitted:
- power of attorney in the original form click here
signed by the managing director or authorized signatory - copy of passport with signature and business card of the managing director
- written declaration of the company
that the managing director/authorized signatory is entitled to submit the documents for legalization - Power of attorney in English form click here
that an employee of Servisum may submit and collect the documents
Please submit one copy of each document to the embassy.
