Please note:

  • The Indian recipient address must be indicated on all documents.
  • All commercial documents (certificates of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) must be pre-certified by the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
  • Health, fitness for consumption certificates and food certificates must be pre-certified by the relevant health or veterinary office.
  • All legal documents (power of attorney, declarations of commitment, assignments) must be certified by a notary and the competent district court.
  • Certificates must be certified by the issuing authority.
  • Commercial register extracts must be certified by the district court.
  • Patent applications must be certified by the patent office.

Please submit one copy of each document to be retained at the Embassy.
