The legalization process and payment can now only be completed online via the DIGITAL MOFA app by a representative of your company listed in the commercial register extract.
The following documents must be uploaded there:
- all commercial documents (pre-certified by the local notary and the competent regional court)
- a current extract from the German company’s commercial register
- a copy of the representative’s ID card or passport
