Please note:

•  All documents must be certified in advance by the local notary and by the competent district court (Landgericht).
• The respective provincial or district court presidents are responsible for the pre-approval of judicial and notarial certificates
• Deeds of the administrative authorities (for example, civil status certificates, registration documents, etc.) must be approved by the respective governmental representatives
• Trading papers must be approved by the competent IHK (chamber of commerce)
• Police records must be pre-approved by the Federal Prosecutor and the Federal District Registry

The processing time is requested when submitting the documents to the embassy.
