Legalisation for Sudan
Responsibilities
SERVISUM Berlin
all federal states, regardless of the location of the authority/notary/district court
Please note:
- All official documents, such as agency agreements, letters of commitment, certificates, and manufacturer’s declarations, must be pre-certified by a notary and the regional court.
- All commercial documents, such as commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and product lists, must be pre-certified by the relevant Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).
- In the case of pharmaceutical products, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) is also recommended as the certifying authority.
- All documents (except certificates of origin and commercial invoices) must be pre-certified by the Federal Foreign Office (BfAA). SERVISUM will gladly handle this for you. Due to the gradual digitization of the application process for pre-certification at the BfAA, we ask that you first scan the entire document to be legalized and email it to SERVISUM.
Please submit one copy of each document to be retained by the embassy.
Processing time (without guarantee):
Approx. 7–10 days
plus, if applicable, the BfAA's processing time of approx. 2–3 weeks
Please enclose the SERVISUM order form with all orders.
