Since the flood of spam e-mails and malicious viruses shows no signs of slowing down,
we are forced to delete emails with attachments that are not secure and those with unidentified senders unread.
In addition, we have found that e-mail responses are seldom satisfactory since additional information
is usually required in order to clarify your request (e.g. your reason for travelling, duration of your stay, nationality of the applicant…).
Therefore, telephone contact is usually required. You can certainly use e-mail to submit missing documentation after talking to us.
