Visa application / entry requirements: Gabon

VISA ON ARRIVAL

Germans and other nationalities can apply for an authorization for a visa on arrival online before travelling. The fee for the visa must then be paid on arrival.

This can be applied for multiple entries with a validity of up to 6 months. This visa can only be used to enter the country via Leon Mba International Airport in Libreville.

We do NOT recommend applying for the authorisation for the visa on arrival, as it is issued slowly or not at all. Please send us the original documents for regular paper visas.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES

• visa application form (2x)
  twice, see on the right
  
  
• passport
  original, at least valid for 6 months after journey
  
  
• two passport pictures
  original, biometric photo requirements
  
  
• proof entry and exit
  e.g. flight confirmation
  
  
• yellow fever vaccination
  
  non-German applicants
• current residence registration (Meldebescheinigung) (if EU citizen) or
• valid residence permit for Germany (if not EU citizen)
