E-VISA

Germans and other nationalities are entitled to apply for a so-called e-visa (electronic visa) online.

The visa is valid for up to 90 days for multiple entries.

We recommend applying for an e-visa. How you can apply for an E-Visa via SERVISUM is shown in the black box on the right.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES

FOR REGULAR VISA

  • visa application form (2x)
    twice, see on the right

  • passport
    original, at least valid for 6 months after journey

  • two passport pictures
    original, biometric, photo requirements

  • yellow fever vaccination
    e.g. copy of vaccination certificate

  • proof of accommodation
    e.g. hotel reservation

  • proof of entry and exit
    e.g. flight reservation
  • overseas health insurance

    non-German applicants: 
  • current residence registration (Meldebescheinigung) (if EU citizen) or
  • valid residence permit for Germany (if not EU citizen)


    FOR TOURIST VISA

    • letter of invitation 
      from Company in Burkina Faso

E-Visa

We would be happy to obtain an e-visa for Burkina Faso for you.

Fill out the e-visa form linked below and send it to us by e-mail together with the following documents:

  • Scan of your passport
    coloured, first double page with personal data
  • Passport photo
    coloured, biometric, not older than 6 months
  • Yellow fever vacctination certificate
  • overseas health insurance

    For Tourists:
  • proof of accomodation in Burkina Faso (hotel)

    Depending on the reason for travelling, further documents may be required.

plus administration fee (€ 4.50, incl. VAT, per order)
