Visa application / entry requirements
As a service to our customers, we offer visa applications for download in PDF format. The applications are designed as standard forms; if desired, they can be completed on the computer and then printed.
Please have your customer number ready. Only enter the last eight digits of the customer number, after the dash.
New customers please use LINKS on our website for the link to the relevant embassy.
Please note: We provide a selection of the common visa applications. Documents for countries not listed here are available upon request by contacting our telephone hotline or using the links to the applicable embassies. Some visa applications must be submitted using the original application form (e.g. multi-part form) which we have to send to you.
Just because there is no entry on this page for a specific country, this does not mean that a visa is not required!
