SERVISUM, Germany's first consular agency (see HISTORY), has 3 offices in Germany
- due to the federal structure of Germany and the resulting consular districts
- to utilize the advantages of the respective locations
- to operate close to our customers
SERVISUM customers (see our REFERENCES) value many things about us: the outstanding commitment of our exclusively permanent staff, the high quality of information and services we provide and the overall sustainability of our company policy.
As expected, Berlin has become the main SERVISUM location since the federal government moved from Bonn to Berlin in 1999. This expected development manifests itself in the large number of orders processed here every day, the large number of embassies visited by SERVISUM employees every day, and especially in the large number of SERVISUM employees who answer your phone calls and process your orders.
Therefore please contact the SERVISUM CAPITAL OFFICE BERLIN for INFORMATION (Phone: 030 / 340 00 60). This also applies to visa applications if they are to be processed here or if you are a new customer.
If SERVISUM BERLIN is not responsible, please send your ORDER with complete APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION to the SERVISUM office located in the city where the corresponding country maintains an office that issues visas (EMBASSY / CONSULATE) and that is responsible for you (CONSULAR DISTRICTS) or where, according to the consultation with SERVISUM, processing your application has the greatest chance of success under consideration of the local conditions (LOCATION ADVANTAGES).
The SERVISUM offices in
- the consular city of HAMBURG,
- the banking centre of FRANKFURT
should only be contacted for orders being processed at those locations.
Documents, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and other documentation submitted to SERVISUM for authentication will also be submitted to the FEDERAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE or GHORFA when required. Notarisation by the district court, which is normally required, should be completed by you in advance. Please note the resulting jurisdiction regarding the consular districts. Therefore, contacting SERVISUM in advance by telephone is recommended.
